All in a weeks work.

Friday the 9th of October I went to see Megadeth and Slayer in concert. They put on a pretty awesome show, even if Slayers vocals were next to non exhistant coz he lost his voice, and Megadeth had feed back the first 2 songs, but they cracked it and fixed it for us. They didnt come all this way, for it to sound shit. And nor did I.
It was also the last day with the schools camera, so I took some shots, and some will probably end up here soon.

then Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th was the annual Armageddon Convention. Being the nerd I am, I havent missed it in 3 years, but this year....by far had the best guest theyve ever had: Seth. Green.
I've been a HUGE fan of his ever since I was a little kid, and spent the whole weekend following him around, and got to meet him at a signing. He is currently on the desperate search for animators, and I got to tell him that I'm very interested in becoming one, and he said that if I could get to America and live there, I'd have a job, before I got pushed along by security, which were assholes. A massive amount of people turned up to see him. We managed to be among the first 50 in line, which started out as 6, but, behind us were according to security, over 1100 others waiting in line. When we got our stuff signed by Seth, Tom Root and Matt Senreich, we went to Crown for lunch, by the time we got back, I'd estimate the line to have leapt up to the 4000 range at least. They were scheduled to sign for 2 hours, but dedicated enough to sign EVERYONES stuff that stood there long enough, were there a hell of a lot longer. We got to see Seth get in the Wrestling ring, and he was just like one of us. A nerd. It didnt feel like he didnt want to be there, and he was asking everyone with costumes on for a photo.
When we got home, I watch him on Rove, and it was surreal to know it was just hours earlier that I saw him in person. Amazing.

Anyway, spose you sat through this far, I may aswell give you an update on other happenings.
Finishing year 12 this tuesday. Really excited, but I have no idea what I'll do when I leave. Exams start halloween, and end friday 13th. Applied for top arts, have a ton of work to upload when I get round to it. Besides that, I think everything is covered pretty much. Been an exciting week (or just over a week...)
